As a Planner your duties will include:
1. Undertaking policy research
2. Carrying out planning appraisals for clients prior to acquisition of a site
3. Drafting planning statements and pre-application letters
4. Submitting applications on the planning portal
5. Monitoring planning applications.
6. Attending meetings and taking minutes
The ideal candidate will have the following:
7. An RTPI accredited Town Planning degree
8. Experience in Town Planning
Our client is offering the successful applicant an excellent starting salary between £26k- £32k.
