FP&A Manager – EMEA

An opportunity at the centre of FP&A for Enterprise EMEA has arisen for an exceptionally organised and focused individual, who is a well‑rounded FP&A Manager.
The role will allow the individual to gain access, visibility, and trust from senior leadership whilst contributing to a fast‑paced and growing business.
The EMEA FP&A Manager will report to the FP&A Director and will be supporting the senior stakeholders (Enterprise EMEA President and FD) on the Enterprise EMEA platform. This business area drives and supports a business with $2.4bn revenue and $110m operational costs.
What You’ll Do
* Finance management of the Enterprise EMEA platform results including consolidation and preparation of the month-end pack and reviewing this with Enterprise EMEA President and FD, Risk & Opportunities tracking, cost and savings tracking against targets and questioning variances to budget/forecast
* Provide proactive and insightful analysis and commentary to help drive savings and manage overhead performance
* Prepare financial modelling and analysis of efficiency targets
* Consolidate and communicate expected positions for budgets and forecasts
* Partner with country and cost centre leaders by joining the month‑end reporting calls to gain a deeper understanding of the results, trends and margins and provide commentary to US corporate team
* Ad hoc projects as required
What You’ll Need
* Experience working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre‑requisite
* Reporting in a complex multi‑country, multi‑divisional, service business (Industry experience) including financial planning and contracts management
* Dealing with Forex in a multi‑currency environment
* Demonstrable experience working with complex financial and operational information systems and controls in a large business that provides consistent and reliable information
* Ideally qualified CCAB accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
* Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word, Excel (including modelling), PowerPoint and Outlook – intermediate to advanced level skills are essential (lookups and pivots essential)
* Highly numerate & ability to analyse large datasets and report on findings
