Your new role
What you’ll do:
* Manage invoice processing by entering invoices into Capture, verifying details, and recording them in Access Dimensions (AD).
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries.
* Ensure adherence to approval procedures.
* Reconcile supplier statements (training provided).
* Maintain accuracy in all written and digital work.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
* Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the team leader or financial controller within your capabilities.
About you
* Capable of working to tight deadlines.
* Proficient in MS Word & Outlook.
* A team player.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on producing accurate work.
Who we’re looking for
