We are seeking a motivated and organised Finance and General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance administration and demonstrate excellent computer skills. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
* Provide finance administrative support to the organisation
* Assist with invoice entry and maintain accurate records in Xero
* Adhere to financial processes
Experience
* Previous office experience is highly desirable
* Familiarity with administrative tasks and clerical duties
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Xero
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
