Audit and Accounts Senior role - Independent Worcestershire firm with friendly team & good work-life balance Your new company A new opportunity has arisen within a well-established independent firm in Worcestershire seeking to hire a Qualified (or nearly qualified) Audit and Accounts Senior to join their team. This is a newly created position to support ongoing growth and ensure there is sufficient capacity in the team to manage workload effectively and fairly. Your new role In this role, you will manage audits from start to finish and prepare accounts for a range of clients including sole traders, limited companies and partnerships. You will support clients with a wide range of queries and will manage tax returns either directly or via the tax team. The client base varies in size and complexity, and you'll manage a mixed portfolio developing excellent relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver additional services. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will be newly/recently qualified or close to qualifying (ACCA or ACA) with either audit or general practice experience gained within a UK accountancy firm. You will be confidently able to manage your workload effectively in a commercial manner and will be great at communicating with clients and colleagues.
