Your new role
A varied business administration position where you will own a mixture of responsibilities in finance administration, operations,pliance and H&S, and general admin tasks.
1. Raising purchase orders, invoices, reporting and supporting with account administration on multiple portals
2. Supporting with payment queries and reconciliations
3. Support the production and publication of year-end budgets and provide expenditure analysis
4. Support with contract processing and adhering to procurement guidelines
5. Be the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring professional and positive relationships are maintained and nurtured.
6. Produce regular newsletters, posting local events and charity updates
7. Answering urgent queries and providing customer service to the tenants
8. Maintaining H&Spliance by overseeing processes and procedures
9. Work with localmittees on initiatives and act asmunity Champion
10. Ad-hoc administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, project support
What you'll need to succeed
11. Good administration experience with working knowledge of finance
12. Previous experience with raising purchase orders and handling invoices
13. Exceptionalmunication skills and confidence to liaise with people
14. Good numerical skills and intermediate Excel (Formulas)
15. Strong organisation and time management
16. Willingness to learn, develop and take initiative
17. Property experience would be a plus
