What
you’ll do
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll
enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
* Conduct
regular inspections of the property, communal areas, amenities (swimming pool,
spa, etc.), and exterior facilities.
* Repair
and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems across
the property.
* Ensure
the swimming pool and spa systems are functioning efficiently, including
filtration, water chemistry, and heating. Regularly check water quality,
chemical balance, and adjust as necessary.
* Monitor
and maintain the integrity of elevators, fire alarm systems, and security
systems.
* Perform
risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.

of a day in the life of a Maintenance Engineer, but we’ll make sure you are

The operational hours of work are
shift-based and may be subjected to change.
What
you’ll bring
Essential Skills
* Ability
to repair and maintain building systems (such as electrical, plumbing, and
HVAC).
* Able
to follow safety rules and keep the environment safe for residents and
staff.
* Good
at spotting problems, fixing issues, and staying calm during emergencies.
* Able
to work independently and also with a team when needed.
* Good
communication skills, with a friendly and helpful approach toward
residents.
* Able
to manage several tasks, plan work, and stay organised.
* Comfortable
working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills
* Experience
working in luxury residences, hotels, or high-end buildings.
* Knowledge
of pool and spa systems (such as water treatment, filtration, and
heating).
* Experience
using building management or maintenance software.
* Training
or certificates in HVAC, electrical systems, or safety.
* Understanding
of energy-saving and sustainable building practices.
* Ability
to handle complex technical systems like elevators, fire alarms, and
security systems.
