Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer – Cambridgeshire – 2+ PQE
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000
Location: Cambridgeshire

Oculus Legal Group is partnering with a well-established, multi-office regional law firm that is seeking to expand its Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a highly respected department, managing a broad range of high-quality residential conveyancing matters. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, equity releases, new builds, and transfers of equity.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and all relevant legal documentation.
* Handle transactions from instruction through to completion with precision and efficiency.
* Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
* Proactively contribute to business development activities, including networking, client relationship management, and cross-referrals.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations.
