* Safety: Executing meticulous weight & balance calculations that safeguard every flight
* Efficiency: Coordinating all turnaround services with great precision

*WHAT YOU'LL COMMAND*
* Aircraft Turnaround Management: Coordinate and synchronise all ground services including fuelling, catering, cleaning, and baggage loading
* Weight and Balance Calculation: Using manual documentation and departure control systems to ensures the aircraft is within safe operational limits.
* Communication: Serve as the authoritative liaison between flight deck, ground teams, and airline operations
* Documentation Excellence: Produce and verify essential flight documentation with unwavering attention to detail
*YOUR QUALIFICATIONS FOR TAKEOFF*
* Aviation Experience: Proven track record in aircraft dispatch operations, particularly with wide-body weight & balance systems
* Communication: Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal
* Mobility: Valid full UK driving license for airside operations Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with specialised aviation software and systems
* Safety Focus: Demonstrated commitment to aviation safety protocols
* Flexibility: Adaptability to dynamic shift patterns (including 4:00am starts and 23:30 finishes)
* Security Clearance: Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment checks including 5-year history verification, criminal record checks, and aviation medical requirements
