Role Overview - Quantity Surveyor A Quantity Surveyor is required to support multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, taking responsibility for cost management, commercial oversight, and supporting effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead cost planning, forecasting, and cost control activities across design and construction projects. Develop cost-saving approaches while maintaining expected standards and project quality. Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations. Track and report on project costs, commercial risks, and financial performance. Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and delivery partners.
