With a focus on building strong relationships, this role is essential in driving both customer satisfaction and business success.About The Job: As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class customer service while performing Machine Plant Diagnostics, Servicing, and Repairs on JCB equipment. This customer-facing position requires a proactive approach to build and maintain strong relationships within the service sector.Key Responsibilities:Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on JCB construction, agricultural, and recycling equipment.Foster positive customer relationships and provide tailored service solutions.Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.Promote the JCB brand and aftermarket products to new and existing clients.Ensure high-quality repairs to achieve a "First Time Fix" standard.utilise technical diagnostic skills and maintain equipment to manufacturer specifications.Adhere to health and safety policies while exceeding customer expectations.Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.Essential Requirements:Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly across all levels.Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating time management and prioritisation skills.A proactive and determined mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement.Clean driving licence and a good driving record; Fork Lift Truck driving licence training will be provided.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
