Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to jong their dedicated Team.
Your role as the Customer Service Advisor will be to provide support to customers across the UK and overseas. The role can be varied where no two days are the same, but it can also be very rewarding.
Key Responsibilities as the Customer Service Advisor:
* Support vulnerable Customers by providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, live chat or in-person
* Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues
* Accurately log all information onto the CRM system
* Liaise with customers and colleagues to coordinate product moves, repairs and installations
* Manage a varied and fast-paced workload with solution-focused approach
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Excellent Verbal and Written Communications skills
* At least 1 year Customer service experience
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with compassion and professionalism
* Organised and detail-orientated
What’s on Offer:
* Annual Salary £23 500k – £25k
* Annual Bonus scheme
* 28-day holiday (Including bank holidays)
* Hours: 9am – 5pm (Can be flexible)
