About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow an exciting leisure and activity business in Littlehampton. This role is perfect for someone who can sell, close deals, and create engaging marketing content that builds brand awareness and drives business growth.
The position is sales-focused (75%) with a marketing element (25%). You’ll be responsible for generating new business, identifying opportunities, and managing digital marketing activities that increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (75%)
- Generate new business leads and convert them into active customers.
- Identify new market openings and develop relationships with corporate clients, schools, and community groups.
- Meet and exceed realistic sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop tailored proposals and promotional packages to drive bookings and repeat visits.
- Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions, and local business functions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and performance data.
Marketing (25%)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (especially on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
- Understand and apply social media algorithms to boost visibility and engagement.
- Support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and special promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
About You
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (experience in leisure, hospitality, or attractions is an advantage).
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about brand growth.
- Able to plan strategically while delivering hands-on results.
