Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress effectively Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development Promote positive behaviour and high expectations in the classroom Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff Prepare pupils for continued success throughout Key Stage 2 Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential Experience teaching within a primary school setting Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum Excellent classroom management and communication skills A nurturing, patient, and adaptable teaching style Passion for helping children achieve their full potential Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one Commitment to working 5 days per week Why Join GSL Education?
