Field Sales Manager
The Role:
Fantastic opportunity for a driven field sales professional to join a growing, well-invested business. As a Field Sales Manager, you will inherit a base of 200-300 OEM customers, with responsibility for servicing, retaining, and increasing spend. You'll be on the road 4 days per week, selling a wide range of technical components including compressors, fans, motors, evaporators, controllers, and condensers into OEMs across numerous markets.
Order sizes average £10K annually, and you'll be targeted with 10-12 fixed meetings per week. New business will be sourced through self-generation (LinkedIn, prospecting, and research). Importantly, the role offers genuine progression potential, with one of the current team set to move into management.
Requirements:
· 2+ years field sales experience with a successful track record
· Be results-driven with strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
