The role:
You’ll work closely with teachers to support lessons, guide pupils who need a little extra help, and make sure every child feels seen and supported. Whether you’re helping with small group work or offering one-to-one support, your presence makes all the difference.
We’re looking for TAs who:
* Have experience supporting young people in schools or similar settings
* Bring patience, positivity, and a can-do attitude every day
* Are great at building trust and encouraging independence
* Are passionate about helping students reach their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
