You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at The Farndon Unit, a rehabilitation and acute inpatient setting for women with mental health and personality disorder diagnoses. Your responsibilities will include cleaning all areas of the service, such as wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitor areas.
Working closely with the maintenance team, you'll ensure all areas are spotless and deliver high-standard cleaning services.

As a Housekeeper, You Will Be
* Maintaining required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
* Being an active team member with responsibilities over daily operations.
* Maintaining excellent telephone etiquette and greeting visitors professionally.
* Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
* Helping to create a positive culture.
* Undertaking any other appropriate tasks as requested.
* Attending mandatory and statutory training annually as required by Elysium Healthcare.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
* Have previous cleaning experience in a similar environment.
* Enjoy cleaning and take satisfaction in a job well done.
* Prioritize duties effectively.
* Be a good communicator.
* Have good attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.

The Farndon Unit is a purpose-built hospital providing services across low secure, rehabilitation, and acute inpatient settings for women with mental health and personality disorders. Facilities include en-suite bedrooms, disabled facilities, secure courtyard and garden, patient café, gym, salon, and activity hall.
