With a growing presence across grocery and retail channels, the business is focused on improving forecast accuracy, stock optimisation, and cross-functional alignment across its ambient and chilled product ranges.

🚀 The Opportunity
As Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in aligning commercial activity with operational delivery, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain, you’ll help bring structure and insight to forecasting, while supporting the development of a more robust S&OP process.
This role offers strong exposure across the business and the chance to contribute to a growing and evolving planning function.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts at SKU and customer level
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to reflect promotions and launches in forecasts
* Analyse historical sales data, trends, and seasonality to improve accuracy
* Monitor forecast performance (bias and accuracy) and implement improvements
* Support S&OP processes and contribute to demand review cycles
* Work closely with supply chain teams to align demand and supply plans
* Provide data-led insights to support commercial decision-making
* Identify risks and opportunities impacting future demand
👤 The Profile
* 2–5+ years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar analytical role within FMCG
* Strong Excel and data analysis capability; experience with forecasting tools is advantageous
* Understanding of retail dynamics and promotional planning
* Exposure to S&OP processes
* Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Commercially aware, with an understanding of margin and stock impact
