Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Your Role in the Band:
* Reach out to primary schools over the phone, showcasing how iRock’s programs transform children’s confidence and creativity.
* Build and nurture relationships with schools, ensuring a positive telesales journey.
* Research potential clients and generate high-quality leads to grow our school network.
* Arrange school assembly appointments for our field team to showcase iRock’s magic.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional support to schools.
* Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate client information and sales activity.

* Experience in telesales or customer service (an interest in education or music is a bonus!).
* Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for building rapport.
