Are you a creative and technically skilled food & drink NPD professional with a passion for flavour innovation? We’re seeking a Senior Applications Technologist to lead the development and application of sweet and beverage flavours, driving product excellence and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Develop products for the application of sweet and beverage flavours
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to deliver innovative solutions.
Create innovative food and drink formulations for flavours to be evaluated internally and also proactively presented to customers.
Provide technical support to customers.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging ingredients, and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
A strong background in flavour applications or NPD within the sweet and beverage categories.
Excellent sensory evaluation skills and a keen palate.
The ability to translate market insights into innovative concepts.
Strong communication and project management skills.
A degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field.
