The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a bespoke, children’s service where care is genuinely person-centred, and clinical excellence is at the heart of everything. As a Paediatric Nurse, you’ll deliver hands-on, high-quality care within a specialist setting, working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering outstanding, person-centred care
Supporting complex clinical needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator support and seizure management
Working collaboratively with the Service Manager and MDT
Updating and reviewing care plans
Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a Paediatric Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN
Have experience in complex care or Paediatric ICU
Competent in tracheostomy care, ventilator care & seizure management
Be passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
