The Best Connection are currently recruiting Patterning Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, with roles available for an immediate start.

As a Patterning Operative, you will develop a wide range of skills and work flexibly across all patterning teams, contributing to the creation of premium, high‑quality products.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing high-quality patterning items for both internal and external customers.
* Using industrial machinery to finish fabric with accuracy and precision.
* Completing ticketing and carding tasks across multiple departments, following product specifications and production guides.
* Ensuring exceptional quality throughout every stage of the patterning process.
* Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
* Supporting various sections within the Patterning department.
* Offering assistance to other areas of the business when required.
⭐ Ideal Candidate
* Strong production or warehousing background (textiles experience is an advantage).
* Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
* Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, committed, and keen to progress.
⏰ Hours & Pay
* £12.87 per hour
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
