The Role:
Collagerie is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to join its London-based team. This role will play a pivotal function in managing all aspects of both our offline and digital marketing campaigns - from planning, building and analysing paid advertising, CRM, SEO, and website marketing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the editorial and e-commerce teams to ensure optimisation of marketing efforts in alignment with our brand's vision and goals. This role will require creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry to promote our unique online shopping experience. As a fast growing business, the role will evolve over time adapting to the needs of the brand. Experience in growing UK and US markets is vital, but a wider global experience would be preferred.
Key responsibilities (included but not limited to):
Marketing Strategy - Offline and Digital:
* Develop and own a Marketing Calendar and process
* Own all day-to-day marketing content across all channels (social, web, email etc.) and collaborate with other teams to synchronise digital initiatives with the overall marketing calendar
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, encompassing web, SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising
* Utilise digital platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, GA4, Klaviyo, Notion, and Trello to manage campaigns effectively
* Manage relationships with digital marketing and PR agencies, ensuring company marketing efforts are aligned
* Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and report on ongoing activities, ROI and KPIs
* Analyse and report on business performance and marketing channels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis utilising insights to make all impactful decisions to optimise performance and learnings
* Analyse trends and insights, adjusting spend and strategies accordingly to enhance performance
* Implement A/B and multivariate experiments for continuous improvement
* Utilise web analytics tools like Google Analytics and others to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience and onsite performance
Affiliate Marketing & Brand Partnerships:
* Maximize traffic and sales through affiliate marketing partnerships
* Collaborate closely with brand partners to expand the reach of initiatives and allocated marketing budget
Content Optimization:
* Identify key product opportunities in collaboration with the content team
* Ensure timely development and delivery of necessary content for all on-site campaigns
* Brainstorm innovative growth strategies to elevate Collagerie's digital presence
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Requirements:
* 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a start-up/ scale up environment
* Proven track record in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
* Strong analytical mindset to derive insights and ability to make data-driven decisions
* Ability to combine data across sources and comfortable in driving decisions based on imperfect data
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, GA4, Klaviyo, Notion, Trello, and more
* Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
* Pragmatic approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change effectively
* Excellent communication and ability to think outside the box
* Exceptional teamwork, organisation and prioritisation skills

This role is London based and requires at least 4 days a week in our head office. Candidates must also possess right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
