Job Summary – What to expect
As a Packaging Graphics Specialist within our EMEA Marketing and Professional Affairs department, you will support the Private Label Team with a large‑scale packaging update project, creating all required EU packaging artworks and preparing print‑ready files for external printing.
Responsibilities
* Complete the creation, proofreading and revisions of production artwork.
* Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to meet governmental regulation deadlines and corporate guidelines.
* Keep up to date with the latest packaging trends (graphics and process).
* Layer artwork correctly for printing, considering packaging, materials, manufacturing, environmental trends and regulations, and corporate guidelines.
* Work closely and effectively with other company disciplines to achieve company goals.
* Use Adobe Creative Suite at an advanced level, working on Flexo, Litho and Digital processes.
About you
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
* Strong understanding of printing processes (Flexo, Litho & Digital) and artwork layering for printing, packaging, materials and regulations.
* Well organized, able to multi‑task, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong computer graphics and design skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, good problem‑solving ability. Self‑motivation, flexibility, attention to detail and persistence.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment and in a geographically dispersed team across multiple time zones.
Experience & Education
* At least 2–3 years of packaging creation or amendment experience (preferably in a medical or pharmaceutical background).
* Experience with Digital Workflow and Quality Management Systems.
* Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates clear knowledge of print production and packaging design.
* Experience working in a customer‑focused, right‑first‑time environment.
