To support our strategic objective of selecting, recruiting, inducting, developing, and retaining the best talent, we are creating a People Development Team with six new roles. This is an exciting opportunity to join our new team and help Ian Williams make a difference together.
We are seeking a People Development Partner to support our goal of becoming a coaching organisation that nurtures and develops its people, providing opportunities for growth.
This role involves some travel but will be based in Chipping Sodbury (Bristol). Our office hours are hybrid, typically three days in the office or on-site and two days working from home.

The People Development Partner role will involve:
* Supporting the development of a coaching culture to nurture and develop our people
* Partnering with specific business areas, coaching leaders to develop their teams, and supporting development planning and solutions
* Designing and delivering development programs
* Identifying talent through objective testing, career pathing, and talent development initiatives
* Promoting consistency and understanding of Ian Williams systems and processes
* Supporting the behaviour framework by delivering behavioural skills training and team development
* Enhancing management and leadership capabilities across the organization
What you will bring as People Development Partner:
* Proven experience in organisational development, learning and development, or HR, with a focus on business partnership
* A creative approach to designing and delivering behavioural and team development training
* Strong communication skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders
* An understanding of diversity and inclusion principles to promote these values through learning activities
