The Role You will be responsible for providing comprehensive hearing care services, including: Hearing assessments in both clinic and domiciliary settings Hearing aid recommendations, fittings, and aftercare Follow-up appointments and rehabilitation support Wax removal services (where qualified) Building long-term relationships with patients Maintaining accurate clinical records Managing your own diary and regional territory effectively Delivering exceptional patient-centred care at every stage of the patient journey The position offers a high level of independence while being supported by a dedicated operational and clinical team. What We're Looking For Essential HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist FdSc, BSc or MSc in Audiology, Hearing Aid Audiology or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years' experience within private hearing care Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for delivering outstanding patient care Willingness to travel within your designated region Desirable Domiciliary audiology experience Wax removal experience Experience working independently Commercial awareness within private hearing care What's on Offer Package £55,000 basic salary Uncapped monthly commission structure Company car provided Realistic OTE up to £100,000 Why Consider This Opportunity?
