We’re looking for Welcome & Service Team Members to provide an enthusiastic welcome to all visitors and ensure they have a memorable experience.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Contract/duration: Fixed-term until 31 October 2026
Hours/working pattern: Average 15 hours per week over the length of the contract. This role is based on annualised hours, where the number of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of the Welcome Team working at at Giants Causeway & Carrick-a-Rede.
What you'll be doing
Day to day, you’ll provide a friendly and helpful service to every visitor. You’ll welcome people as they arrive, whether that’s in the car park or greeting coach groups. You’ll help with ticket checks and till operations, answer questions, and make sure visitors have the information they need. You’ll also support key events and occasionally help with social media updates.
Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and engaged.
This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.
