As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to recruit and support the team with full Autonomy

What The Post Requires
* A minimum of 5 years' Working in Residential Childcare
* At least 2 year in a role supervising and managing staff in a Deputy Manager role
* NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
What the post responsibilities include but not limited to
* Ensuring compliance with The Care Inspectorate Wales and regulatory requirements
* Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets
* Matching potential Young People with the current residents
* Ensuring Young People have a positive influence from the staff team through your leadership and management of the home
* Preparing reports and attending a range of meetings, such as review meetings with multi-agency partners, management meetings and Interviewing new potential staff for your team
