Role
They are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding team. In this role, you will contribute to geotechnical investigations, analyses and designs for a wide variety of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, practical and cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct geotechnical site investigations, including planning, supervision, and logging.
Perform geotechnical analyses (bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, earthworks, ground improvement, etc.).
Prepare high‑quality technical reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Support the design of foundations, retaining structures, earthworks, and ground remediation solutions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and industry best practice.
Contribute to risk assessments, method statements, and construction support activities.
About you
Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in geotechnical site investigations and interpretation of ground conditions.
Proficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, WALLAP, SLOPE/W, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Chartered or working toward Chartership (CEng, MICE, or similar) is desirable.
