About Us

A&S Enterprises Ltd is a growing and dynamic company in the construction sector. We deliver high-quality projects and exceptional service, and we're looking for an organised and proactive Construction Secretary / Document Controller to join our team.

This is a varied role that offers more than standard administration—perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and manage construction documentation, including:
* Pre-construction information
* On-site Health & Safety files
* Post-construction O&M manuals
* Produce professional documents (letters, reports, specifications, meeting minutes)
* Manage, implements and oversee existing
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
and
ISO Environmental Management)
standards
* Manage spreadsheets and data in Excel
* Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
* Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
* Assist with bid processes and maintain company profiles and case studies
* Provide general administrative support to the construction team

What We're Looking For

* Knowledge of the construction sector (preferred, but training provided)
* Experience with
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
and
ISO Environmental Management)
standards
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Discretion and confidentiality at all times
