Good news, this role will never be replaced by AI. This is an entry-level role for a human that involves speaking to other humans.
Almost all of the role is phone-based. You will be calling newly-qualified GPs across the UK at the start of their careers, introducing yourself and letting them know how we can help them. GP surgeries are busy, you will spend time on hold waiting to be put through, and plenty of calls will not go anywhere. Resilience and patience matter here.
The Project
This role sits at the heart of what we do. The project you will be working on is the lifeblood of the business it has run every year for the past twelve years, has delivered huge ROI, and the people who work on it are genuinely valued. It is a well-oiled process and you will be stepping into something that works.
You will be supported day-to-day by an experienced manager and a colleague who has been with Menlo Park for more than three years. You will not be dropped in at the deep end.
