The best talent agencies don't just have great managers. They have great operators.

At Hyped, we're growing fast - which means we need someone to keep the machine running smoothly while our Talent Managers are out closing deals and building rosters.

We're hiring a Talent Admin Assistant to handle the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible.

This is the operational backbone of the business. What you'll actually do:

Update Creator decks and campaign materials
Coordinate with talent to gather insights, stats, and updates
Oversee and organise talent gifting & events
Manage admin across the team (because chaos doesn't scale)
Work with the founder and Ops Lead on subscription platforms and internal CRM systems
Jump in wherever the team needs support (we're small, so everyone helps everyone)
Be split roughly between 70% admin, 30% systems and tech

You won't be stuck doing one thing - you'll touch multiple parts of the business and actually see the impact of your work.

You're the right fit if you:
Love organisation and systems (but aren't robotic about it)
Pick up new tools and tech stacks quickly
An eye for spotting opportunities for systematic improvements
Don't need your hand held - you love taking initiative
Enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track
Want to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Can balance multiple priorities without losing your mind

No prior CRM or platform experience required - just a track record of learning fast and getting stuck in.

You're NOT the right fit if you:
Need everything mapped out for you in advance
Get frustrated when things move quickly or priorities shift
Need every day to look exactly the same

What's in it for you:
Salary: £23k - 25k pro-rata (based on experience + days worked) + team bonus
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (with potential to go full-time)
Location: Poole/Bournemouth (office-based)
