Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise-wide technology architecture. This role is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value, and enabling scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions across the organization.
Your Role
Architecture Strategy & Governance
* Define and maintain the solution architecture framework, principles, and standards.
* Develop multi-year architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
* Lead architecture governance processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic planning.
* Guide the integration of systems, platforms, and data across business units.
* Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into technology strategies.
* Communicate architectural vision and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and efficiency.
* Ensure architecture supports robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
* Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to scalability, performance, and interoperability.

* Banking solution experience is must
* Understanding of General Ledger, Payments, Accounts area
Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Solution/Enterprise architecture or related leadership roles.
* Banking domain experience is must
* Proven experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, APIs, and data architecture.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills (Not mandatory)
* Certification in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architecture, or similar.
* Experience in digital transformation, business process Modelling, and agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
