The role is based in the baby room of a bright, spacious nursery in central Teddington, a short walk from the station. You will lead the room team, supporting daily practice and maintaining high standards, while contributing to a safe and engaging environment for young children.

What You’ll Need
Essential
* Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Proven experience as a Room Leader or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations confidently
Desirable
* Additional training in leadership, SEND, or safeguarding

* Lead and support the baby room team to maintain quality and safety standards
* Plan and implement activities that support early learning and development
* Observe, assess, and report on children’s progress and wellbeing
* Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirementsSupport staff development and daily operational decisions
