We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of high-profile works. You’ll provide leadership, drive performance, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the delivery of highways projects across the South East to include Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridge
* Maximise financial returns and manage contractual risk
* Drive operational strategy and ensure compliance with safety and business policies
* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners
* Identify commercial opportunities and support long-term work bank growth
* Resolve disputes, manage risks, and ensure cash flow targets are met
* Promote continuous improvement and share best practice across projects
* Support and develop your team, driving engagement and performance
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in Construction, Highways, and Surfacing
* Strong leadership and contract management skills
* NEBOSH or IOSH certification
* HNC / HND or Degree in a relevant discipline (desirable)
* Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving ability
* A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
* IT Data Management (highly desirable)
* Pavers Machine Control experience (highly desirable)
