Senior Project Coordinator based in Bathgate - Global CDMO Location: Bathgate, Scotland - Working from home TBC FTE: 6 month contract - With the view to extend Start date: ASAP Rate: Very good rate Job Description Planet Pharma are working with a global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that specializes in drug delivery technologies, development, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions. Objective : To Support Project Managers with management of Projects OR may manage small, simple projects which generally require a small amount of client interaction. Projects will reside within a single business line and reside within a single site, may cross to sister sites for distribution or testing activities. May have responsibilities for supporting the training and mentoring of other Project Coordinators within the team. To promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the job. Coordination with sales, operations, client services, and QA to ensure the highest level of client service. Specific Responsibilities: Follow up on assigned tasks in support of Project Managers. Track timelines in support of Project Managers. Post documents as needed. Send follow-ups to clients as needed. Become proficient with JD Edwards and/or Change Point as needed, and will perform simple entries and tracking as needed. Support the training and mentoring of other Project Coordinators within the team Manage small, simple projects that generally require minimal client interaction. This would include: Act as single point of contact for the client and facilitate responses to Customer questions and observations. Be the Client Advocate for work on their site. Must have experience Educated to a high level, typically Bachelor degree level (or equivalent) in a related field or good educational standard with relevant practical experience. Experience in a project, customer service or appropriate business-related area preferred Good Time Management/Organizational skills adopting a committed approach to providing a high level of customer service when managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills as written and verbal. Demonstrated professionalism including excellent work ethic, positive attitude and experience communicating with external clients.
