You will help lead engaging sessions that build students' fitness, skills, teamwork, and confidence. A key part of the role involves motivating students who may need extra support, helping them stay engaged, regulate emotions, and develop positive routines around physical activity and behaviour.You will contribute to creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where all students feel confident taking part. You may also assist with extracurricular clubs, team practices, and sports events, supporting the school's wider commitment to health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles.
