About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Pricing Strategy - Europe to join our dynamic team and drive revenue optimization across our operations. This is a strategic leadership role focused on maximizing revenue, contribution, and market share through best-in-class organizational capabilities, data analytics, and advanced systems.
The successful candidate will lead the execution of comprehensive revenue management strategies while building and developing a high-performing team of pricing analysts and revenue managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
* Lead dynamic pricing initiatives leveraging data analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pricing analysts and managers
* Foster a data-driven culture that encourages innovation and strategic decision-making
* Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and yield optimization to drive revenue growth
* Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators
* Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive advantage
* Present detailed revenue reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
* Work closely with different teams to ensure accurate model inputs, including inventory availability, demand patterns, and operational constraints
* Drive advancement of pricing models, machine learning algorithms, and revenue management systems
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy ( +10 years)
* Strong leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
* Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
* Experience with dynamic pricing models and revenue optimization
* Strong understanding of demand forecasting and yield management
* Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
* Experience working in multi-country environments.
