We are seeking an Installation Operative to deliver a high-quality installation service across the UK. The role involves promoting and exercising the company's mission statement and core values.
Responsibilities:
* Install pipework and assist drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles, as well as checking against paperwork, missing items, damages, and fuel charges.
* Identify and recommend creative solutions and processes to make our business more unique and attractive and to become more efficient.
* Put safety first every time, demonstrate the confidence, knowledge, and experience to stop the installation and advise your supervisor if any safety issues arise at any time.
* Work on client sites, including construction, wastewater, and clean water, and be willing to travel to jobs throughout the UK and on occasions work away from home.
* Be available to be part of an 'on call' rota, which is likely to be 1 in 3 weekends.
Requirements:
* Good level of fitness is required due to the physically demanding nature of the role.
* Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
* Able to work at heights, work in confined spaces, lone working, and work with sewage.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Holder of a construction skills CSCS card.
* National Water Hygiene Card.
* Confined space trained.
* Forklift truck operator certification.
* An understanding of the workings of a temporary / permanent pumping solution.
