Job Title: Activities Co-ordinator
At HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything we do. As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents across our care homes, including Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist services.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement engaging activities that delight residents and encourage social interaction.
2. Assist the Home Manager in organising fundraising events.
3. Develop activity programmes based on residents' hobbies and interests.
4. Work collaboratively with the care home team to promote resident well-being.
5. Recognise and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, attending relevant training.
Requirements
1. Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in activity planning.
2. Positive energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong planning, organisational, and IT skills.
4. Kind and considerate communication style.
5. Ability to identify signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action.
