Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: 2-5 years experience supporting ERP systems (preferably IFS) Familiarity with Crystal Reports, SQL, database query tools and system integrations Basic understanding of APIs, middleware or data integration tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong training and documentation ability. Responsibilities: Support, administer, maintain, optimize and configure the UK IFS ERP System Lead and mentor a procurement team, including training, coaching, and conducting appraisals Act as a key contact for technical and functional IFS ERP system across the business Manage daily IFS ERP maintenance and operations, including user accounts and security settings Oversee data import and exports, updates, and data cleansing Lead module deployments and upgrades, supporting ERP implementation including testing and rollouts Provide end-user training and create user guides while maintaining technical documentation Conduct ongoing review and streamlining of processes Work closely with IT to coordinate integration with IFS and other company systems Provide management and analytical reports.
