Your new role
As a Contract Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of regional and local service contracts. Based in Peterborough, this 12-week initial contract (with potential for extension) involves overseeing work scheduling, monitoring contractor performance against KPIs, forecasting expenditure, and identifying remedial works. You’ll be the central contact for your assigned projects, liaising across departments to ensure services are delivered efficiently and safely. From issuing permits to verifying invoices, your work will directly support the organisation’s operational goals and customermitments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, your CV should show us:
1. Proven experience in contract administration or coordination, ideally within construction, utilities, facilities or infrastructure sectors.
2. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Confidence using systems like SAP and EXCEL spreadsheets for requisitions and invoice verification.
4. Familiarity with health & safety, environmentalpliance, and performance monitoring.
5. Excellentmunication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
6. A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve day-to-day issues and keep projects on track.
