We're now seek Commissioning and Start Up engineers (and Leads). Most important of all you don't have to have worked in Nuclear
Our Commissioning and Pre-Operations Engineers become experts in requirements management, they are able to interrogate schedules, liaise and work with our suppliers, interpret, verify and validate requirements, carry out design reviews and testing and work together to develop systems to enable successful commissioning and look to improve our systems and processes. You'll also be developing test schedules, work level instructions, carry out works acceptance testing and looking at maintainability and operability to enable us to commission successfully in 2026 (you'll be moved on to one of the other £750m + projects once completed) and of course, ensuring we are QA assured and that we continue to work to world class safety standards.
You'll enjoy a varied role and you'll gain valuable knowledge, skill and experience on how a major project is commissioned and more importantly be a part of its legacy.
Ideally we'd like you to have some formal qualifications in a relevant discipline at least to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or beyond. A safety qualification is also highly desirable too. N.B, You'll also go through UK Nuclear vetting too.
