The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering innovative designs, managing client relationships, and driving the performance of project teams while contributing to the ongoing growth of the business. Experience The successful candidate will be an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within a consultancy setting. You will bring strong technical knowledge across all core mechanical services, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, along with proficiency in relevant design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. Previous experience working in multi-disciplinary environments will be essential, as will the ability to coordinate with complementary disciplines such as acoustics, fire engineering, and modelling. A strong client-facing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and lead teams will be critical to succeeding in this role.
