Overview
We require a project coordinator to join our fast-paced retail team, working on national accounts for our blue‑chip retailers.
You’ll be a smart, self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to build a career with a progressive organisation.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as the key point of customer contact and identify their requirements through regular communication.
* Maintain regular contact with customers and external contractors to stay updated on project plans.
* Process customer orders by coordinating the activities of sub‑contractors, in‑house production, and installation.
* Work with the project manager to ensure each contract is run profitably and efficiently.
* Occasionally attend client meetings to discuss requirements and conduct surveys, assisting project managers with site‑based matters.
* Ensure completed orders are processed through the ERP system and invoiced correctly in a timely and accurate manner.
* Monitor and report on involvement for each customer via the activity log, ensuring information is readily available to senior personnel.
* Constatly review services undertaken for a client to ensure the company can fulfill them.
* Monitor ERP searches and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
* Ensure work complies with all company operational policies, including health & safety and ERP system requirements.
* Collaborate with other project coordinators to provide guidance and assist project managers in delivering efficient and high‑quality projects.
* Communicate positively and constructively with other department teams for the benefit of the company and the client.
* Perform other duties as directed by management.
