We are looking forqualified electriciansto install, maintain, and repair domestic ventilation systems in social housing properties. The ideal candidates will take pride in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and energy-efficient. Youll be part of a dedicated team, engaging directly with tenants and delivering a professional, respectful service while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and safety.
What You'll be Doing
* Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
* Install and maintain ventilation systems
* Engage with residents in a customer-facing role
* Collaborate with schedulers and management
* Use a PDA system to complete job cards and certificates
What Youll Bring
1. Proven electrical experience (social housing experience preferred)
2. 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3
3. 2391-52 or equivalent
4. Gold Card
5. Strong communication & computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
