As Digital Project Manager, youll playa key role in driving our digital strategy forward. Youll lead severalexciting projects such as cloud-based telephony, NHS App implementation, andpatient triage systems. Youll work closely with local patients and practicesto ensure the successful adoption of new technologies that improve patient careand practice efficiency.

Help practices within the PCN work together to deliver better care through digital tools.
Manage the overall transformation plan, ensuring resource allocation and risk management are in place.

Job responsibilities
Thisrole is for a Digital Project Manager to work within the PCNs on a range ofdigital transformation projects such as the use of cloud based telephony,digital triage, online signposting and promotion of the NHS Apps.
Thepost-holder will report to the Transformation Manager and work closely with theIntegrated Care Board (ICB) Digital Transformation team, which is responsiblefor setting the digital strategy and procuring and managing digital tools inprimary care.
Theideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital healthcare systems,project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively withclinical teams, member practices and other key stakeholders.
KEYDUTIES:
Thepost-holder will:
Lead,manage, and deliver a portfolio of digital transformation projects within thePCN, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
Developproject plans, timelines to monitor progress to ensure successful projectdelivery.
Manageproject risks and issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Collectand analyse practices data relating to their cloud-based telephony systems andundertaking quality improvement initiatives to support member practices.
Workclosely with member practices to understand their personal digital needs andsupport its implementation.
Workingwith the Digital and Communications Manager to promote the use of onlinesign-posting platforms and implementation of the NHS App.
Supportpractices in the integration and use of NHS Apps to improve patient engagementand care delivery.
Ensurethat digital and operational transformation is embedded and aligned with systemand national strategies, working closely with the ICB Digital Team
SupportReview of and improve the PCNs digital maturity, identifying opportunities fordigital optimisation within the PCN
Supportthe effective adoption of national and local initiatives, including integratedworking at neighbourhood and place level to improve access to patient services.
Usedata to:
Understanddemand, capacity, and activity - helping to drive improvements in patientexperience of access.
Supportpopulation health management, improvements in care quality and PCN operationalefficiency.
Providefeedback to PCN leadership and member practices on the progress of currentinitiatives, capacity for change, improvement, and issues so that plans can beadapted in response.

* Good computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products to produce, maintain and distribute documents including reports and presentations.
* Good understanding of creating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, including layout, presentation, and project tracking.
* Proven ability to work on own initiative, without direct supervision, prioritising and managing own workload to meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to refer decisions appropriately, considering the needs of the situation, constraints and the availability of information.

Qualifications
* Educated to degree level in a relevant field (e.g. Project Management, Digital Health, IT, Business Administration) or equivalent professional experience at management level.
* PRINCE2 Practitioner Qualification or other equivalent Project Management Qualification.
Experience
* Experience in project delivery through the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
* Experience and understanding of a project or programme management methodology including setting project objectives, determining project scope and deliverables, developing a robust project plan; risks and issues management and monitoring and reporting arrangements.
* Must have experience of managing internal and external stakeholder engagement particularly in health care, including managing relationships between cross-functional teams and member practices.
* Can deliver technical information in a non-technical way to a range of stakeholders.
* Able to work on your own and as part of a team.
* Good understanding of the Digital agenda within the NHS and Social Care / Care Sector.
* Digital / IM&T experience in a Health or Social Care Environment.
