IWorkForAllForGood About the Role: This highly visible role will be critical in achieving another great year for Babybel and delivering continued growth that we have seen year on year! With your strong communication skills and ability to interact with and influence a broad range of stakeholders, you will be empowered to develop and drive highly ambitious marketing programmes. Using superior consumer and market insight, you will have the confidence and the authority to be creative, bold and innovative in your approach to drive impactful activities. You will have a deep understanding of the Babybel brand, including its brand performance metrics, and will be able to identify barriers, making adjustments as needed. You will champion excellence in execution through the team while working in a dynamic and enjoyable environment! This position will report directly into the Marketing Manager, ultimately to help achieve volume, value and profit growth, by building brand equity. Key Responsibilities: Developing consumer led, annual integrated marketing plans Utilising consumer insights to develop £multi-million through the line communications planning (TV, OOH, social) Leading brand activations including PR stunts, sampling & social campaigns Developing innovation launches Collaborating with the regional Northern European and Global teams Tracking and reporting on brand performance to inform strategy Packaging artwork development for new pack formats/designs Leading key commercial projects to develop the P&L Line management of Marketing Intern Occasional trips to Paris, Brussels or Utrecht for team meetings Skills/Experience: Minimum 3 years brand marketing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus Strong communication and analytical skills Experience/Exposure in P&L management Passionate about Marketing with keen interest in Brands and Consumers Effective team player demonstrating strong ability to work collaboratively with others Solution oriented - curious to understand problems and provide pragmatic solutions The Brand Manager will demonstrate commitment to Bel Values (Dare, Care, Commit) and actively participate & support in Bel Value projects.
