They're seeking an Administration Coordinator to join the dynamic Business development and bids team. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent, offering hybrid working and a competitive hourly rate of £14.35 - £16.41 per hour over a 37.5 hour working week. The Role As an Administration Coordinator, you will support the Business Development team by providing organised administrative and project assistance. Key responsibilities include: Preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and managing follow-up actions. Conducting desk research and maintaining market/competitor fact packs. Producing performance reports using CRM/finance data. Supporting proposal development and ensuring compliance. Managing CRM systems and pipeline updates. Providing general administrative support such as document control and expense coordination. What We're Looking For We're looking for a proactive professional with: Administrative experience ideally within programmes, projects, bids or compliance Enjoys working in a fast paced changing environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
