LEGAL ASSISTANT (PROPERTY TEAM)
The current salary is up to £36,362 plus benefits. We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our property team who are committed to delivering solution-focused advice as part of a wider Partnership Team that provides cross-cutting support in a fast paced, proactive and dynamic client focused environment. You would be joining a highly regarded, strong performing team reporting to the Senior Solicitor / Business Partner supporting the Council’s commercial and residential property estate management and regeneration areas.
We are looking for a Legal Assistant with a background as a Law Graduate or paralegal with a solid understanding of property matters or a keen interest in learning this area of law to support our property team. We are looking for individuals who have enthusiasm and dynamism and prepared to bring a fresh approach and drive to the team.
We work through a mix of hybrid working (predominantly remote with some in person team and client meetings), with adaptable working hours subject to meeting our clients’ needs.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £32,061 - £36,362. The starting salary is £32,061 with annual progression through the salary bands.
